(Served dried) Ground shrimp and pan roasted peanut with salted radish and pickled cucumber served over sweet soy sauce thin rice noodles and bean sprouts. Finished with a hard boiled egg, green onion, and cilantro. Add fried tofu for an extra 1.00.

Wok tossed jasmine rice with scrambled eggs, red & green bell peppers, sweet red onions, and basil served with a side of sweet chili sauce.
  V3.  Sautéed Vegetables&Tofu w/ Rice
Sautéed assorted vegetables and tofu. Served over a bed of jasmine rice.
  V4.  Red Curry
Red curry with bamboo shoots, red and green bell pepper, tofu and basil.
  V5.  Phad Thai
Wide rice noodles or crispy egg noodles sautéed with scrambled eggs, Chinese broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and carrots.
  V6.  Mee Katang
Wide rice noodles sautéed with scrambled eggs, Chinese broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and carrots.
  V7.  Mee Katang See-iv
Wide rice noodles stir-fried with a slightly sweet soy sauce, scrambled eggs, Chinese broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and carrots.
  V8.  Chinese Broccoli
Choice of steamed or stir-fry.
  V9.  Vegetarian Noodle Soup
Tofu, Shiitake Mushrooms and Chinese broccoli served with thin rice noodles in vegetable broth finished with green onion, cilantro and roasted garlic.
